First they shipped a wrong product, then they ask me to ship it back to HK for which the cost was same as product brought. If that's the case they are shipping fake products.

Had entered presription, but was not copied well into the order. Now stuck with with useless...

First of all, I would like to apologize for sending you a model with the wrong lenses color. As we mentioned in our emails, we will gladly help you to change the received order for the correct one.
Please notice that, as we send a big number of orders every day, we have a preference price with the courier service, so, it most probably won’t be the same price they ask you to pay in order to return the item to us.
In any case, as we mention, we will refund you this return shipping fee as soon as you send us the invoice.
