After my review of Harry's second generation blades more than a year ago, things are still the same and no change in their product. I read all the replies from Harry's customer service representatives about forwarding the concern's to R&D and wonder which galaxy are they at? Does it take so long for them to find that yes there is a problem here. I think their R&D dept. means (Relax and Don't bother) Guy's at Harry's why is it so difficult to understand that you made a mistake by discontinuing the first generation blades! Make them again and you shall see the complaints vanish in a poof!
Really appreciate your honest feedback here, Ajit. Lots of people really love the Gen 2 blades, but we understand they are not for everyone. We're happy to pass along your request for options to our R&D team.
