Booked a ticket through them and after getting all our info, confirming price and giving reservation number etc I called in the evening since I haven't got the ticket. They said they're not going to issue the ticket. When asked why and I already have the confirmation number, they said because it was a ticket not originating in Australia, sorry. Thankfully my card declined in the first instance and we weren't out any money but dodged a bullet. They are advertising fares that apparently don't exist, and even after you go through everything and check out properly, then you are told that it procedure to not issue tickets that are originating from outside the country. I have never encountered this policy before in my decades of travelling. Bad customer support.
