I had a horrible experience With the customer sales rep regarding a pair of clothes purchased from the store. As I got my clothes for an occasion, I wanted to make sure whether the product would be delivered as per the website mentioned. Later i received a notification that the product was getting delayed. So I reached out to the customer care for help. The guy took almost 2 hours of my time and ended up charging me extra for canceling one item which the company failed to deliver in the first place… And the one that they delivered had stains on it. Absolute rubbish… Very disappointing with the store.
