I sincerely hope this review is viewed by many people so I can give heads up TO AVOID THIS HOTEL LOCATED AT 210 ESSA ROAD IN BARRIE ONTARIO. From the moment you walk in, the vile putrid smell of sweat, curry and urine overpowers the pathetic attempt to cover it up with Febreze. The halls were dirty, floors sticky and obviously not cleaned for weeks. The real shock was the room. OMG. I counted OVER 157 stains on the carpet. Urine all over the toilet seat, hair in the tub and the hot tub (which I paid extra for) was not cleaned in months. Stains all over. Hair everywhere. The sheets had VISIBLE STAINS (guess what it was). The hotel has a Customer Satisfaction sign at the front desk. I immediately reported this and they sent a housekeeper TWICE TO CHANGE THE SHEETS. That's it. They showed me another room and it was in the same condition as the one I was in. My wife had to go to Walmart to purchase cleaning products to clean our $232.00 PER NIGHT ROOM. The on duty manager ASSURED ME THAT UPON CHECK OUT I WOULD RECEIVE FINANCIAL COMPENSATION. IT NEVER HAPPENED. They are LIARS. The front desk kid said he knew nothing about it when I checked out. The ONLY REASON I did not check out was because I booked this room online to save a few bucks. NY FIRST AND LAST MISTAKE. They have a NO CANCELLATION or REFUND policy. Now I know why. I later learned that this hotel was previously used by the city of Barrie for the homeless. The puzzle now makes sense. To add insult, I contacted Head office and provided them with all the details INCLUDING WHO I SPOKE WITH AND PHOTOS. THEY DID NOTHING. They offered me a pathetic 10,000 points WHICH EQUATES TO ABOUT $30.00. They will NOT INTERFERE, THEY WILL NOT CONTACT THE MANAGER. NOTHING. CHOICE PRIVILIGES LENDS THEIR NAME and yet do NOTHING. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS ZERO. NON EXISTANT. Not once, not twice but three times they suggested I contact the hotel Directly. Tried for FOUR STRAIGHT HOURS. Line was always busy. Emailed the General manager THREE TIMES. NO REPLY. This hotel is operated by ******* Ontario. This is NO LONGER ABOUT MONEY. I have filed a lawsuit with the small claims court in Barrie Ontario, initiated a complaint with the BBB and the Consumer protection Agency. If you ever stayed at this hotel, I want to hear from you. This HOTEL AND THE OWNER MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR CHARGING CUSTOMERS OUTRAGEOUS PRICES AND IN TURN, PROVIVING THEM A PUTRID, VILE DISGUSTING ENVIRONMENT.

After NINE emails, menusa finally replied telling me to return the 3 items to them AT MY EXPENSE + a restocking fee and they will refund whatever is left over. PLEASE NOTE, if you are thinking about filing a complaint with he BBB in California, DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME TYPING THE EMAIL. The BBB gives a company an XX amount of time to respond (which they NEVER do). If the company does NOT respond to the complaint, like menusa, the BBB will simply indicate they didn't reply AND CLOSE THE COMPLAINT. That's IT. THE BBB DOES NOTHING.

I would strongly recommend staying away from this business. I have had ZERO luck with the women that I have contacted on this site. Dozens of the women have duplicate profiles (same pictures, different names). The reply rate is about 50 -50 and when they do reply, their rates go up... in some cases, triple. Their profiles are mostly generic. When you ask for something specific that is in their profile, they change their prices and many are RUDE. Over 12 that I contacted stated "Bisexual" but they ARE NOT. Many ask for deposits. NEVER GIVE THEM A DEPOSIT... they never show up or if they do, its not the person in their profile. FINALLY... and this in my opinion is the worse. If you file a review DIRECTLY with Massage Republic, THEY WILL NEVER POST THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. NEVER. Even if you have email or text threads, they will not post saying it doesn't meet their standards. It is relatively easy to pick up a girl in Nairobi. Just go to any bar. STAY AWAY FROM MASSAGE REPUBLIC.
