It is a very good platform to find work online. If you're only interested on getting some extra earnings or if you want to work freelance as your principal income, you may adapt your profile and use their accurate browser to find good projects to work at. The only thing I would love to be changed, is that sometimes there are "customers" who intentionally sign up in the website to get their tasks done and they disappear, without paying for the job done, and leaving you with a fee debt on your balance:(
That's very unfair and common, so wise freelancers would avoid to work for new customers.
Tip for consumers:
If you are new and searching for work, first do your best to fill your portfolio with the best works you have done, even if they are just academic works.
If you're are new and a customer, please take in count that people working behind the screen is using their time and resources to give their best work, so don't enter if you want things done for free >:v
