Good service, good prices, but did not accept my returns. I am now stuck with 2 pairs of boots that I don't like. I'm wearing them.
I admit the boots were a little bit worn when I returned them. But Zappos and Sheplers accepted returns that were clearly worn and modified: and this allowed me to fine tune which boots exactly I wanted.
So it's a good company; but I disagree with "Easy Returns." Not easy when compared to other companies in the same industry: not easy at all.
