This is the worst fulfillment logistic provider I have ever used. Not recommended. Most dishonest people I have ever met. Wont trust my inventory with them

On October 11,2021, Mr. Mita executed a Contract with Fulfillment.com to provide ecommerce order fulfillment services in Canada. Per Paragraph 3 of that Contract: "At the time of the signing of this Agreement, CUSTOMER agrees to pay a non-refundable Prepayment of $1,500 to FDC". Mr. Mita executed the Contract and paid the "non-refundable Prepayment of $1,500" to us. Once Fulfillment.com received the Prepayment, it performed all of the account set-up work required to commence service to Mr. Mita's company, Mita Expeditions, LLC. Recently, Mr. Mita informed Fulfillment.com that he will not be proceeding with his business. He has demanded that the Company refund his "non-refundable Prepayment of $1,500" and with Fulfillment.com's refusal to do so, Mr. Mita has engaged in a vicious campaign of libel against Fulfillment.com in an attempt to extort $1,500 from Fulfillment.com. Mr. Mita will be hearing from Fulfillment.com's counsel shortly.
