First, they have the wrong phone number posted on their website. It's hard for me to believe a government agency could be so dense. Second, they did absolutely nothing about the complaints I issued against a fraudulent Internet business. I reported them to Ic3 twice, and nothing was done about it.

If you are going to remove reviews, you need to notify the person and provide a reason. You are unethical, manipulative and devious. I have had nothing but problems with your terrible customer service since I started my business in July this year. Close my account immediately. I am giving Yelp a negative review, and on my business page on YouTube I am explaining my terrible experience with Yelp. This is the problem with online advertisements; there is too much potential for tampering and corruption. Yelp is terrible. I will never use your services again." Update: Phone agent hung-up on me, just for trying to understand how they operate. Very rude.

I think it is a scam. People rarely respond, and I believe this site is intentionally creating fake profiles and sending messages in order to get us to purchase more packages to access our mail. I have no proof, just a hunch.
