The photo quality is below average. Also, most of them never arrive. It's like pulling teeth to get a refund. Just avoid the headache and send them yourself.

Just go to Wal-mart and mail them yourself.

Photos for an inmate. He never received them and no refund!!
They will promise the world, but deliver absolute trash! Plus they did not honor their "100% Guarantee" I paid thousands for a useless site. REAL AMATEUR HOUR!

I would NEVER recommend this site. They know what to say to get your money. Then they'll hand you a useless website. To top it off, they will not honor their 100% refund policy AND block you on all devices.

I paid them to build a simple PenPal website. They lacked the knowledge to build this simple site. Absolute nightmare!
