Placed an order online for Greenies Petite Bones. The image on website clearly indicated a quantity of 192 bones. Received my delivery, in a timely fashion, of 90 bones. When customer service was contacted, Employee #69, or so he said was rude and said I was wrong. Spoke to a supervisor, Aaron, who apologized and said website had just been updated. He was more understanding, but product still could be returned if I paid shipping and a 20% restocking fee for their era. No thanks. Back to Chewy.com where the customer is treated much better.
