Each message from the chat takes 24hours for a reply. Took a month to get a return label. Another two weeks to get my refund processed. And you have to pay d shipping all over again

This company sent me the wrong product and now is refusing to refund my credit card or send me an address to return the exceptionally cheap product.
It has been three weeks of emailing "customer service".
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
