This company is poorly run because it is headed by manipulative CEO. Employees have no chance of advancing unless they are a favorite or a friend of the CEO. The whole management lacks direction, and the managers are mostly composed of rude and disrespectful people like the CEO. This company's CEO and upper management are the worst people I have ever worked with. Avoid by all means.
