I ordered a Faucet on 05/06/2021. After 3 weeks the order status was still Processing. Plumbtile could not tell me shipping estimate date. Eventually I asked to cancel the order. After 8 days of cancelation I still has not received my refund. My two last messages are ignored. Now I have to open credit card dispute. Waste of time. My bathroom project was delayed for a month because of them.

5/30/2021 We sure dropped the ball communicating with you on this order... Unfortunately due to supply chain issues with our vendors across the industry we are struggling with getting orders shipped in a timely fashion. This is no excuse for us failing to keep you updated so you had a choice as to how you wanted to proceed.
