I was able to get in contact with someone from the company and they sent another order out to me ASAP! That was great. I really didn't want to feel ripped off especially after ordering for the first time. Customer service satisfied the situation and I am pleased.

Delivered with no products and a run around dealing with filing claims with carriers whom all say contact the company. The company Beauty Bakerie gives the shippers responsibility of the package even if you purchase route insurance. Now I'm out the cost of the products with no products. First time ordering from this company as well...
