I bought a watch from them. Less than 8 months later the numerals/time markers fell off. After multiple tries, I finally reached customer service. They told me that in order to get warranty service I had to mail it back at MY cost. A few weeks later I got the watch back UNREPAIRED with a note that it was out of warranty because of impact. I called customer service back to say there was no impact - i had not, as he claimed, dropped or smashed the watch. He repeated some platitudes but when I asked to see the photos they supposedly had of the signs of impact, he said he could not show those to me. AVOID!

Should have read the reviews before I consigned. LIke others, I found that they "accepted" a small fraction of what i sent even though they met their guidelines. For example, they didn't accept a pair of Theory pants or a never-worn silk shirt dress from Cusp. Next time I will make the extra effort to consign with my local store so I can get some legitimate money back or I will donate to charity myself.

They sent me half as many envelopes as I needed for my order. Customer service was really rude when I called about this - they told me that it would take until Xmas day to get new envelopes (if Amazon can overnight things, why can't they) and initially said I would have to send back my entire order - including the cards I had already stuffed in the envelopes I did get - to get any refund. I ended up having to buy new envelopes and they didn't fit exactly write. Finally, because I had to go out and get new envelopes at a busy time, my cards are going to be late. If you do one major thing, you should get it right!
