My experience with the fasthost site is that is quite easy to find things and functional, however sometimes the features available in the control panel if you are using them for hosting is that is can be a bit overkill. There is however help at hand, but if you call them prepared to be transfered to another part of the world where the english is hard to understand!
The Amazon Marketplace is good, however alot of us fail to understand that there are 3rd party sellers who provide the service/ product via the Amazon Platform. They put in the hard work and Amazon takes the credit/ commision. However apart from that Amazon do have good prices but ship very slowly when opting for the 'free delivery' option unlike if you purchase from the 3rd party seller who usually despatch within 2 days. Overall the buying experience is good and quick however prices are cheaper outside amazon by the sellers who sell on their own sites so shop around!
We have used them a few times now and they are Leicester/ UK Based company, They accept paypal and all major cards, items are in stock and despatch within 24 hours and are sent out by first class so arrive very quickly. They have telephone support too which is a plus point and are VAT registered so our company claims back the VAT. Overall Quick reliable service

Thank you Alex, just to add we do offer a variety of shipping services from free delivery which is 2nd Class to 24 hr carriers. We do have most items in stock and have a telephone support which is open from 10am-5pm weekdays which includes business/ trade customers. Payment can be made for order via the website or via telephone too.
