I purchased $1,000 worth of containers that had an ETA of 4/25 posted on their website, the purchase was made on 4/17.4/23 rolls around and the company sends me an email changing the ETA to 4/28. No problem, I thought. 4/29 rolls around and I receive another email stating the ETA is now 5/16. I called the company and spoke with Terry, who claims she couldn't call a supervisor to request cancelling the order and had to email them. I requested a refund and was told they would keep 50% of my money, even though they moved the backorder date two times. Terry told me I would receive a call back. 5/14, no call back from this company. I was lucky enough to speak with Terry again and she yet again insists on emailing her supervisor because she apparently cannot do anything. The company moved there ETA AGAIN, now to June 16. This company is worthless, and so is their customer service. Do not buy from them, I'm warning you.
