Trash, not hosting. I used their services for several years. But the last six months have become hell. They have a lot of overselling. They regularly fall all the infrastructure. Even their own site crashes. In these periods it is impossible to create flows. They turn off the VPS for false reasons, without evidence, without notice. Support takes a very long time. Support is not competent.

Your server was shut down because your old OpenVZ was no longer sufficient for your need which has caused high network traffic on your server. The whole node was shut down for that.
As compensation as well as a gesture of good-will to our very important customer like you, we have activated a XEN VPS for you with 30 days of service free of charge. Our technical team has been monitoring it ever since then, finding it's been running smoothly and being stable.
We have been making an effort to investigate the issues you have reported here (through constructive comm. Here on this platform). We are also working on the improvement of our support service with more prompt and helpful responses to help our customers, as well as trying to find out how to prevent such a similar situation from happening again in the future.
