“Shocking company to deal with”

Shocking service

Shocking service. Appalling company to deal with... I ordered express postage, not only did i not receive it one week in. All I've been trying to do is call them to ascertain where my order is at. Nobody ever (and i mean ever) answers calls, it just dials out. Try it, there is nobody manning the lines. Try emailing them, no go... Do Not Buy From This Store...

“Wish I read this before ordering. I've paid nearly $2k for Lego and never even received a tracking number. It's been over 2 weeks and they avoid all contact. Thinking I need to make a claim with my credit card company.”
