I got hired here baout a month ago but due to extreme disorganization, they lost my papers and I had to redo everything all over again. It was exhausting and annoying because they even had the guts to blame their mistakes on me. Few days into the job, I saw how chaotic things were and how unstructured the processes and the systems were. I saved myself from all the trouble and left to find a better job with a more organized company.
