To be honest, I was very wary of using Eyeglasses.com after the 2 star reviews on Google; I wasn't sure if I would receive the same service as I did with my 2020 order. Today, I have received my glasses and I love them; the only process that should be reinstated is using live CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS.
No one wants to leave a message in voicemail box; the consumer is entitled to speak with to a LIVE HUMAN on the phone.
I hope Eyeglasses.com will reconsider the automated system and bring back live customer service.
