I signed up for a free trial. SurfEasy said that all subscriptions are handled through the App Store subscriptions. I checked my subscriptions and I didn't have any that were active. 2 days after I downloaded the app and started my free trial a charge of $1.99 was posted to my debit card. Not pending. I looked at the details of that charge. I was charged the same day that I downloaded the app and started the free trial. So the FREE TRIAL is a MISLEADING STATEMENT or to better put it, A COMPLETE LIE! I contacted SurfEasy. They said that there was not an account connected to my email. Funny because I had been receiving emails from them! I sent them a picture of the emails I had received from the. SurfEasy did not respond to that so far.
Please do not trust this company!
