I chose Footwear etc. today because of how skilled the salespeople are, along with their great selection. They stand behind what they sell. My Dr. sent me to them and I have since made several purchases from them, online and in store and have been very happy.
The exchange for defective shoes is complicated, although they do sell good footwear which I appreciate.
