Talents on starnow are very unreliable as starnow doesn't do anything to protect casting professionals, directors, there isn't any review system so we can't recognize unreliable talents, ppl who cancels on the project a few hrs before shooting day, also staff are so bad at communicating and solving issues with your casting calls!
I give two starts because I like the concept of the website but for now it has a lot room to improve.

We take all complaints very seriously and our member's safety is our number one priority. While it is often (unfortunately) the nature of the entertainment industry, I understand that it can be frustrating when talent do not show up to a previously confirmed shoot or audition.
