Absolutely the worst experience ever. Booked next day delivery, parcel not collected, parcel finally collected following day, asked when it would be delivered, assured it would be the following day, 4 days later still.no.sign of where my parcel is, no contact number for this subsidiary company, no redress, no complaints procedure, loss of goods, loss of customer, feeling very angry.
Tip for consumers: Do NOT use DPD ONLINE, make sure you use the reputable DPD with the red logo, not the blue one.
