I followed a link to Apple compatible items on their website and ordered a phone charger with charging for apple pods and watch. I realised soon after starting to use it that it was not compatible. I raised the issue with Swan Scout who told me it was my fault and offered me 50% refund so I could buy another one. They had advertised it incorrectly and admitted that but would not do an exchange or full refund. They told me to post it to China at my own cost! It had not come from China as it arrived in 48 hrs. Shockingly bad. Don't be fooled by their website.

Disgraceful that I ordered red only wine but the order went through as mixed and despite me questioning it straight away, no one was "available" to talk to me. Then within another 30 minutes they processed the order. Am furious. Will refuse delivery.
