We have been using Constant Contact for over 12 years and it has been an excellence source to keep in touch with over 2,000 subscribers. I don't understand many of the negative comments. It has worked very well for us. We only pay $50 a month and it has been worth it for the return. And the customer service has been very good. They are constantly making improvements. Their seminars are helpful. Having skills in editing and formatting a good newsletter is helpful. There are tricks of the trade but they can help you with that.
