Viber customer service is useless, I have issues connecting my viber account to pc so I wrote them a message, in my first ticket I stated that reinstalling viber didn't work and their first response was to reinstall viber, after telling them that it didn't work they just stopped answering. So I wrote another ticket where i stated multiple times that reinstalling didn't solve the issue but guess what? They told me to reinstall and again, stopped answering. I don't think i've ever encountered such bad customer services
