I placed my order on 12/3 and still no arrival of my items on 12/22. I had a heck of a time locating their phone number so I contacted them multiple times via their website. The only responses I received were automated messages stating someone would get back to me in 3 business days. Never once did I receive a personal phone call or email for a customer service rep from their company. I had a tracking number and the package must have gotten lost which is what I explained to them and you can clearly see by looking it up on UPS. When I finally reached a human, they lacked professionalism and customer service. So basically he said I'll just refund your money. I will get it in 3-5 days. That's awesome except that I was counting on this item as a Christmas gift for somebody. I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone and I certainly will never do business with them again. Frustrating!
