I am writing this review out of total frustration... I opened an account with freewallet since 2020, i started facing withdrawal issues since 2020, they wanted some verification at that point which i was not comfortable with and come 2024, i realized i wouldn't let this go which made me start the rigorous verification process.
I presented verification on the App and that wasn't enough and they requested for more via email. They asked me to send my passport copy, asked me to have a written note claiming ownership of my account with a selfie which i did, they asked for bank statements which i presented to them. I waited over a week just for their response to be that ' they can not verify me as the owner of the account without giving any reason. I have seen a lot of reviews with the same issue and makes me think, is this a scam? If they are, why put people through so much stress.
I am retired and i need these funds to cover my medicals, i am pleading to free wallet to please release my funds as i have done everything possible. If you require me to do more verification, I will! Just release my funds.
There is a disclaimer already on my account that "we can no longer provide you with our services. Please withdraw your funds but why can't i withdraw? I need help please.

Understanding the reason behind the decision to discredit the verification documents is crucial for me to move forward. I firmly believe that transparency and communication are essential in maintaining trust and confidence among users. I am the valid owner of the account and the email that was used to open the account is the same email of correspondence.
Also, I have done series of verification that any third party can not provide (Bank statements, written attestation with selfie, passport copy etc).
After all of these, only a company with sketchy motives will discredit all these means of identification and say i am not the valid owner. This begs the question, what is freewallet doing with all my identification documents? I NEED MY FUNDS!
