“Poor customer service, slow processing”

Cusomter service usually responds with a generic message and no real information. It's been over 12 weeks and still no information on my order, just a bunch of excuses, Other vendors were able to complete my order with zero issue.

Tip for consumers:
Do not use this vendor, use any other vendor.
