Their returns policy is that you have 14 days to return your items upon receiving them. While this is partially true, they mislead their customers, it is actually 28 days total. When receiving an online order, you have 14 days to decide and let the seller know you no longer want the items after you receive the order, then a further 14 days AFTER that to actually send the items back for a refund.
Also, as per their returns policy, they have decided they have the right to keep your delivery fee. This is ILLEGAL. If you have purchased the order with the standard delivery option, the seller LEGALLY HAS TO REFUND THIS TO YOU. The only time they don't, is if you pay extra for delivery outside of the standard option.
