I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from the Rockport website directly 09/06/22. One pair didn't fit and another was an incorrect shoe. Not even what i ordeted. I did not bother to return The pair that did not fit because of the hassle I'm having just getting an incorrect pair replaced. I say that because they lsent me the wrong shoe yes shoe, one shoe in a Box and it wasn't even the model that I ordered I contacted them on September 19th and I have been going back-and-forth with multiple emails And they still will not send the correct shoes plural as in 2. I've sent them copies of my order I have sent them pictures of what I received and they still have not bothered to send the correct shoes. I have more than 4 emails sent to the company through their Web portal and all the responses are automated to return the shoes however I should not have to pay to return a shoe that was incorrectly sent to me and not even the style of shoes that I ordered. It is obvious that their customer service does not exist and is atrocious when they can't even send the right pair of shoes out let alone replace their screw up.
I will never buy Rockport again my suggestion to anyone who does buy them is to buy them through Amazon because at least you can return them right away through Amazon versus fighting directly with the manufacturer who does not care and is ignorant to their own problems.

Don't buy Rockport shoes online
