I have been a loyal customer to this site for a very long time. Since before they even had shoes to buy. I have spent a lot of money on their site and I had only had one or two minor porblems that they had resolved very quickly. Recently I have had a TERRIBLE experience with them. I think they bit off more than they can chew right now.
I ordered a christmas sweater (A christmas Story sweater to be exact) and it was sent November 17th. I recieved the sweater on December 11 and it was a Charlie Brown Christmas Sweater. Yes, the wrong sweater. I wrote to them 4 days ago and they have not gotten back to me and i do not think that the shirt i bought is even still available.
I think this site needs to get organized before putting more items up on their site.
They also send e-mails telling customers that they are experiencing difficulties and that our items will be late but dont offer a discount or any kind of compensation for the inconvenience we experience. They take our money quite fast tho.

I shop online often and this has to be THE WORSE site I have ever ordered from. They lied to me after they took my money and told me the item was not in stock, after I complained, they shipped it the next day. I paid extra for tracking that I couldn't even track. They had to track it for me. The sweatshirt that I bought was disgusting. It was falling apart before I even took it out of the package. It's such a terrible site. Do not buy from here.
