I had to leave a review and contact them to get a refund. Customer service is horrible. After I got the refund they kept harrassing me to pay them for the returned doll and claim I own them money for a chargeback which wellsfargo already issued them a refund even ashton drake agent admitted it is an error on their end and to disregard their invoice in January. Then they sent another invoice asking for money I dont own them. I told them to call my bank and they refused n rather harrass me. I file a police report on them and dispute their invoice.
