Apparently my order has been hanging out at the DHL hub for two weeks. No delivery updates. One email states my order was placed on December 6th. A subsequent email states my order was placed on December 16th. Contacted lookhuman to no avail. This company is a joke. I wish I had heeded the warnings of other reviewers and purchased gifts elsewhere. Yeah, the mugs are cute but if they never arrive then what's the point! DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Tip for consumers:
It would have been helpful to know they don't care if I ever receive my order.
Products used:
I'd love to use the mugs I ordered but lookhuman has yet to deliver.
