Their clothes are hit or miss. Customer service is fine after they finally get back to you. I'm just so sick of ordering things and having the shipping estimate be wildly inaccurate. They give me an estimated delivery date and the item will still have not shipped a month after that. I've cancelled 3 orders already because of this.
