I ordered a fruit bouquet a week ahead of time to be delivered Mother's Day Weekend. At about 3pm on Mother's Day, and it still wasn't delivered, I became a bit concerned. I called the 1-800 number for fruitbouquets. They tell me not to worry, that my order is guaranteed by 8pm and is out for delivery. I pressed them a bit and they agreed to call the shop and check. After they call the shop, the rep comes back on and says "I'm sorry. They said they are going home early today. They can't deliver it today. They said they will deliver it tomorrow morning." I am furious with them. Do not waste your time or money with this company! The best they will give me is a refund of my purchase price, which is already a given. Ruined my Mother's Day!
