I called trying to get the status of a package I sent because I was told it would take 15 "working days", 3 weeks, so I called when the 4 week already started since we all know Cuba situation and I was told by one of the phone answering service that "if it wouldn't be delivery this week, it will be the next one". I considered his answer and tone disrespectful and lack of humanity. I decided to go in person to the Westchester office in Miami FL, which I used their service to send the package. Since I start talking with one of the "ladies" there expressing my disappointment with the customer service treatment, she start "using" a "defending" tone with the same "explanation" about 15 to 20 days, etc. I told her "it is 20 days already" and she kept arguing with me, telling me "if I had use their service before I know how things are, etc" her attitude lacks of manners. I told her that they get pay their salary because the services we pay, also those answering the phones. She told me "I get paid because if my job" I told her, "your job is because we come here and send packages, etc". At the end she "insinuated" that "if I don't like the service and got mute", but I got her intention and told her, because she muted, she did not finish giving me her message of "go to someone else " so I told her "yes, I know there are other places". I had used Va Cuba services for many years before and never see or hear that kind of behavior with a customer. They are all getting benefits of the needs of our families and our concerns about our families. That "company" needs to review the qualification, basic education and manners of their personal.
