Scam! I placed an order in mid jan 2023 and my account was charged. I got a email for my charges on PayPal account and that was not genuine. My order status is showing processing for almost 3 weeks now. I tried reaching out to customer service from their website several times as there is no contact phone but haven't heard back. Trying to see how to report this.
