“Poor customer service and still not received goods”

I ordered some I got or tiles nearly a month ago now, still not received them, tracking said I would receive this week but now it's changed to package has passed customs. If I had known it was coming from overseas I would not have purchased. I have tried to contact with no reply yet.
Feels disappointing! Let's hope the photos tiles are worth it!

Tip for consumers:
Expect long delays on delivery and no customer service
