It was my technician that found the necessary part on this site, so I purchased it here. He wasn't happy with the price, but it was cheaper than replacing the entire unit for me. That extra 20% surcharge for expedited shipping seems excessive. Also, that I had to pay for taxes outside of the payment plan made through Affirm was also suspect. Since I had to follow up on why the unit hadn't yet been shipped and was given that reason, I feel it caused an unnecessary delay. It was a heating unit and I had to endure a week of weather in the 40s without it. Finally, there was a disconnect between the shipping time frame given to me by the person at Budget. Thankfully, I received the item a day after speaking with them and not the later date. I had hoped since we were all in Florida, this would have been a more streamlined process. I do wonder if the very similar looking part I saw on Amazon, for less, would have arrived faster. Especially because the tech realized this was a bit different than what he expected. I am grateful that he was able to make it work. In summary, I am grateful overall, but wish this had been a smoother process.
