“Was working great then all the sudden took away my $15 reward”

I received an email saying that I could tap the link and get my $15 Kroger reward card and when I got there it said that it was in ballad then I got another email saying that you guys canceled it and if this was unexpected to get ahold of you so this is very unexpected I would like my $15 Kroger reward please
