Oliver garden should provide more people skills towards there employees, with more social interaction and pleasant approach towards all customers. Employees should smile and greet customers professionally with a positive friendly attitude.
Much appreciated if this sort of approach can enhance a better learning experience in these young employees that lack empathy.
