I ordered a package almost two weeks. FedEx did a horrible job as well with delivering my comforter set (it was stolen!) happened on a Saturday so i had to wait until Monday to get in contact an actually report. I was told i could be shipped another or have a refund and a claim had to be out in. I asked to be shipped another. 5 days pass i don't receive any emails so i call. I was told i should receive a tracking number soon. I get a call 10 minutes later telling me that i will only be allowed to get my money back since they're sold out!
