I ordered 3 items. 1 purse and 2 pair of earrings. Along with everyone else, I was concerned about the time it took to ship my item. The site needs to do a better job at explaining this. I placed the order in April 10th and didn't receive it in time for my friend's birthday on the 21st.
When I did receive my order, one pair of earrings came broken and the other earring... well, only one was sent.
After opening a ticket to discuss my order, they said the earring wasn't sold as a pair.
I'm sorry, but who orders only one earring? The description did not state it was only one earring and actually, the description states they were dinosaur earrings (plural).
The broken pair, they offered to reimburse me, but I don't want a reimbursement, I would like them to send me a pair that isn't broken.
The last item was a purse... which I loved! So, thank you for that.
But again, I'm not impressed with the answers they gave me about the earrings. So disappointed and I'm not a happy consumer.
Please honor what you advertise.
