“Horrible experience”

I ordered something from them two weeks ago. The day after i placed the order i realized that i had ordered the wrong type of mask and wanted to cancel the order. Tried contacting them via email, facebook message, and i even sent the CEO a message on facebook. The thing is, they dont answer. Today i dont know if ill get the wrong mask, if they will cancel it or what happens.
