Placed an order for business checks and requested a proof. When the proof came it was the wrong order and the wrong account number. When I called Christina told me I was wrong, not them - that they only entered what I gave them. Of course this turned out not to be the case as the account number they printed didn't even have the correct number of digits.
After 3 proofs that were all wrong, I requested a refund. When asking for this on the phone Christina was kind enough to hang up on me. She blamed me for all the issues which even if it were true is about the worst thing you can ever do from a customer service point of view.
I was able to reverse all charges through my bank and got my checks from NEBS.
