Narrowed our auto parts search to this company and one other. Called in order on a Friday. They promised to ship that day. Called Monday to check status. They said they had not shipped but would. When we reminded him we needed the vehicle for a trip on Thursday and said we could get the parts elsewhere if they were having problems. They told us not to worry that parts would definitely be there and for us not to buy the others available online. Repeated telephone calls on Tuesday and Wednesday were not answered. Got email Wednesday night that because we complained in our phone message they would not ship parts. Now we have to take a rental car on vacation. Very very disappointed.
